Our website hosting plans start from $6.00 per month. Save 5% on all our website hosting plans when you pay annually.
No, there are no hidden setup fees in any of our plans or packages.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Our system will work out the difference for an invoice or account credit.
No, we don’t have set contracts but please note, if you pay for a years hosting but decide to move to another provider half way though, we will not refund the difference.
All our hosting plans have unlimited visitors

Domain Names

Yes, our domains start at $24.50 per year.

New Zealand based domains like .co.nz and .nz tipically take a few hours but this is dependant on where they are being transfer from.
To be safe we like to allow 24 hours.

International Domains like .com and .org can take up to 7 days working days.

For orders placed during normal business hours, please allow up to 2 hours, from the time your order is placed, for your domain to be registered.

For orders placed outside normal business hours, please allow up to 12 hours, from the time your order is placed, for your domain to be registered.

Hosting

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. Using an FTP client is a method to upload, download, and manage website files on our server. After you have created an FTP account, enter the details into your choosen FTP client such as Filezilla.

You’ll need:
• Host (ftp.yourdomain.co.nz)
• Username
• Password
Now you can manage you files on your Cloud Zone server.

Websites

Yes, when requested.
We offer this service at an additional one-off cost of $75.00

Yes, our sister company, Codetrix, specialise in Website Design and Development. From simple to complex platforms, they have the expertise to ensure your online presence is of the highest standard and done the right way.

Our servers are backed-up on a regular basis, including all websites and email. However these are used strictly in the case of fault or falure within our system. We highly recommend you keep a regular backup of all files.

Email Accounts

Yes, all our website hosting plans come with the ability to host your emails included. If you dont need website hosting we have dedicated email hosting available.

DNS

The DNS translates Internet domain and host names to IP addresses. DNS automatically converts the names we type in our Web browser address bar to the IP addresses of Web servers hosting those sites.

Your nameservers should be set to:
ns1.cloudzone.co.nz
ns2.cloudzone.co.nz

Billing

Currently we accept Bank Transfer and PayPal (Credit card and Debit card) for payment.

Once an invoice is 5 days late all services you hold with us will be suspended. This means if you have a website hosted with us, the website will no longer be available to users and visitors. Your email accounts hosted with us will no longer work etc.
If there are problems with any payments please contact our friendly accounts team.
